The organoleptic qualities of this regional product from Sicily, with a very light color, are many. It is a structured oil, with a traditional taste of almond, tomato and artichoke, other typical Sicilian flavors. Strongly aromatic, it retains a very particular spicy aftertaste.
Ideal for raw use, to be combined with fish appetizers, soups and red meats. Also used for confectionery use in biscuits, sweet cakes instead of butter or seed oil;
