Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Monocultivar Coratina olives, Cold Pressed.
A medium intensity fruity oil with hints of grass and leaf. On the palate it is bitter and spicy of medium intensity in balance, with notes of leaf, artichoke and vegetables.
Recommended on grilled red meats and carpaccio. Also ideal for soups with a sweet tendency and with legumes, to season pasta with tomato sauce and raw on pasta and rice. It goes well with structured dishes and in combination with fresh soft cheeses such as mozzarella.
